Jordan Tapia, a partner at our law firm, is known as a fierce litigator. She has successfully represented various small businesses facing eviction and has helped many come to an amicable resolution with their landlord, often avoiding litigation altogether. Jordan prides herself on being an aggressive negotiator and has helped many small businesses obtain favorable terms in their leases.
In addition to her litigation practice, Jordan specializes in negotiating and securing tenant buy-out agreements and concluding residential and commercial closings. She also effectively handles employment contract disputes, landlord-tenant sexual harassment claims, and other business challenges faced by her clients.
After graduating with honors from Fordham University, Jordan earned her law degree with honors from New York Law School in 2016.
