David Moss, a partner at our law firm, has diligently represented clients throughout New York state and the metropolitan area since 1996. He represents many large landlords as well as owners of smaller properties and helps them navigate the numerous laws and requirements in order to successfully commence summary proceedings against tenants in breach of their lease.
He has also represented many tenants in cases seeking rent stabilization status and recovery of overcharges. He has negotiated countless buyout and relocation agreements for rent regulated tenants. Having represented both landlords and tenants, David has a unique insight into the goals of each side, which has often led to expedient and advantageous results for his clients.
David has over twenty years of trial experience, handling complex real estate litigation, landlord-tenant disputes, corporate and business transactions, employment disputes and contract negotiations.
After graduating from New York University, David earned his law degree with honors from New York Law School.
