ERAP Funds Distributed!

With over 160,000 applications pending, landlords and tenant alike are eager to resolve their arrears. The glitches and delays should not stop landlords and tenants from working together to complete an ERAP application, which can provide rental assistance for arrears accrued from March 13, 2020 and 12 months of rental arrears and up to 3 months of future rent for qualified applicants.
